Chez Valordiams, chaque bijou que vous recevez a été sélectionné, vérifié et préparé avec soin. Mais je sais qu'un achat de joaillerie est aussi une affaire de cœur — et que le cœur a parfois besoin de temps.

Conformément à la réglementation européenne, vous disposez d'un délai de 14 jours à compter de la réception de votre commande pour exercer votre droit de rétractation, sans avoir à justifier de motif.

Comment exercer votre droit de rétractation ?

Cliquez sur le bouton : « Se rétracter du contrat »

Vous serez invité·e à confirmer votre démarche en indiquant :

• Votre nom
• Le numéro de votre commande
• Le ou les articles concernés

Une fois votre demande confirmée via « Confirmer la rétractation », vous recevrez automatiquement un e-mail récapitulatif attestant la prise en compte de votre demande.

Que se passe-t-il ensuite ?

→ Vous disposez de 14 jours supplémentaires à compter de votre rétractation pour me renvoyer le bijou.
→ Le bijou doit m'être retourné dans son état d'origine, avec son écrin et ses certificats éventuels.
→ Le remboursement est effectué dès réception et vérification du bijou, sur le moyen de paiement utilisé lors de l'achat.

Bon à savoir

→ Aucune connexion à un compte n'est nécessaire pour exercer ce droit.
→ Si vous rencontrez la moindre difficulté avec cette démarche, je reste disponible pour vous accompagner.

Pour pouvoir bénéficier d'un retour, votre article doit être inutilisé et dans le même état où vous l'avez reçu. Il doit être également dans l'emballage d'origine (écrin). Les articles avec une modification, une personnalisation (mise à la taille, gravure...) ou la réalisation à votre demande ne peuvent pas être retournés, ni échangés.

Pour retourner un produit, vous devez l'envoyer par la poste en Colissimo recommandé.

You will be asked to confirm your request by providing:

Once your request has been confirmed via "Confirm withdrawal," you will automatically receive a summary email confirming that your request has been received.

What happens next?

→ You have an additional 14 days from your withdrawal to return the jewelry to me.
→ The jewelry must be returned in its original condition, with its box and any certificates.
→ The refund is processed as soon as the jewelry is received and verified, using the payment method used for the purchase.

→ No account login is required to exercise this right.
→ If you encounter any difficulty with this process, I remain available to assist you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging (box). Items that have been altered, personalized (resized, engraved, etc.), or made to order cannot be returned or exchanged.

To return a product, you must send it by registered Colissimo mail.
